Its been quite a while (actually a few years) ...gee's Im slack since I posted in this blog. Im going to start posting alot more frequently, and I dont mean every 6 months, but more like every week on everything that is photography ! .... Stay tuned people for a heap more !!

Vision

This was a photo manipulation done a few years ago and probably the first I've really taken some effort and time into. The oringinal photo was taken of Rachel in my backyard on a very cloudy and dark day.
After first deleting the background I then concentrated on the main focus being her. Main tools here were the burn and dodge creating alot of whites and darks. Then added a bryce sky to the background and also some text to enhance the overall image. I think the effect in the end is quite pleasent .... and is still one of my favourites to date !

the bridge

well... its only been a few hours and I have had one response..which is good I guess in the world according to blog !..NOw tonight folks I'll show you another picture that I manipulated from vietnam... This probably took me 2 hours to do...I had to erase all the poeple...... some trees...some water conctrete things and just a general clean up.... Have to love the paint brush and heal tool....

Well.. I feel like a ghost with no one visiting ..I guess I should tell someone; just a little afraid I guess. So taoday was AMAZING !!.. you wouldnt believe.... I got up ..and dribbled on the pillow for at least 10 minutes... and decided I was alive, which is always a good thing. I slowly crawled from bed to the gym in a car astill half asleep...worked out and almost had a heart attack...did some last minute christmas shopping and bought singstar 80's for our BBQ boxing day feast .... went to work and watched a few movies and lied on the couth..came home...played some poker and wrote this.... great day.... btw... had a drink ! Here's a photo just cause I can !

Well. I guess I should really write a proper blog. I've been known to blog now for a while because as freinds we have a poker blog at AUSPOKER which we use to keep in contact for poker games and past winnings. Its good fun and is and easy way to see whats happening. Anyway, Im starting to sound like a nerd now, so I'll just stop. I guess the main point of the web blog im creating now is to get my photograpy to the outside world and have people comment on it. I love photography and have just purchased myself a new Canon digital 350 d, which Im loving. I guess I've been doing photography for over 12 years but have only really started to get into more in the last 6 or 7 years. I'll be posting lots of photos here in the next few days. I guess if no one even does read this blog, its something to do for a few mintues of the day. Not to say I get bored easily just destracted. I have another website with photos at SAMMIB(DEVIANTART) . This is jsut all my art, but I intend to just crap on this website here and post photos...I guess kind of like an online diary thing. I'll also be posting photos which I have manipulated quite heavily and showing the differences between the two. Anwyay, im not going to crap on for too long. SO here are the first set of photos that I have done some manip to. These were taken in Vietnam over a year ago.
